Job Summary
Commercial Account Handler at Howden is responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients (from sole traders to large organizations) and supporting Commercial Account Executives to achieve high renewal retention and meet FCA requirements. You will review client documentation for accuracy to support the quoting process, maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts, and process data on relevant systems to enhance client service and internal analysis. The role emphasizes attention to detail, compliance, and collaboration within a team that values career progression, flexibility (including possible reasonable adjustments and hybrid working), and delivering high-quality service to clients. Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing client documentation to support quoting
