Job Summary
Commercial Account Handler role within Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. You will build rapport with a range of clients from sole traders to large organisations, review client documentation for accuracy to support quoting, maintain relationships with internal and external contacts to meet expectations and FCA requirements, assist Commercial Account Executives in renewal retention, process data in relevant systems to enable high-quality client service and informed analysis, and collaborate with the Branch Manager. The role offers flexible hours and hybrid working where possible, with a focus on delivering excellent client service and professional progression within a global insurance group.
