Commercial Account Handler

Build rapport with new and existing clients ranging from sole traders to large organization executives while working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives. Review client documentation to ensure information is comprehensive and accurate for the quoting process, and assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention and exceeding customer expectations. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance standards, processing data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support client service and internal process execution.
