Commercial Account Handler

Build rapport with new and existing clients ranging from sole traders to large organization executives while working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives. Review client documentation to ensure information is comprehensive and accurate for the quoting process, and assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention, exceeding customer expectations, and meeting FCA requirements. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts to ensure compliance standards are met. Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support client service, internal process execution, and informed analysis. This role is part of the Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team, which has grown rapidly over the last 14 years across the UK.
