Job Summary
Commercial Account Executive in the Public Sector responsible for managing an assigned territory of 15-20 accounts, driving strategic account plans, building executive-level relationships, and aligning Softchoice capabilities to customer business outcomes. Own quotes and orders, leverage Salesforce and Softchoice sales methodology, and drive solution selling across Software, Hardware, and Services. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, stay current on product and industry knowledge, and deliver strong customer service and relationship-building to achieve growth in the public sector. Requires 5+ years in a technology-sales environment, proficiency with Salesforce and Office 365, and excellent communication and presentation skills. High School diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a business-to-public sector sales environment
- Experience navigating and understanding annual reports, financial data, and forecasting
- Proficient in Salesforce and Office 365 applications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to present complex solutions simply
