Job Summary
Commercial Account Executive responsible for attracting and securing new insurance clients in Edmonton, building knowledge of coverage lines and risk management solutions, tailoring value propositions, qualifying opportunities, and developing proposals, contracts, and renewal agreements while coordinating with Client Service Operations. Must leverage carrier relationships, stay informed on industry trends, and maintain client relationships across multiple lines of coverage, with a focus on enterprise clients and achieving KPIs in a hybrid office environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive professional experience, including selling to enterprise clients
- A relevant regional insurance license in good standing
- Strong analytical, organization, and time management skills
- Proven ability to set goals and initiatives against clear KPIs
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing
