Job Summary
Commercial Account Executive in Southern Maine focused on the vertical commercial and MDU segments for fiber-based Internet products. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans to meet quotas, conducting sales meetings, cold calling and lead follow-up, building and communicating sales forecasts, generating leads through networking and referrals, cultivating relationships with decision makers, attending IT and community networking events, and providing high-level customer service while coordinating with Engineering, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance. Requires 1-2 years of B2B/MDU sales experience and a Bachelor’s degree preferred; proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office; strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years minimum of business to business and/or MDU sales
- Knowledge of telecommunications, especially Internet Access service
- Excellent interpersonal and written skills
- Good organizational and communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to perform independently
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
