Job Summary
Commercial Account Executive for the German-speaking and CEMEA markets responsible for managing and growing a sales pipeline, driving inbound/outbound leads through complex SaaS/MarTech sales cycles to closed won, sourcing and facilitating new projects with partners, upselling to existing accounts, generating new opportunities via self-driven outbound meetings, building compelling demonstrations with the pre-sales team, and forecasting to hit targets. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (solutions engineers, customer success, legal, partner managers, marketing) to bring value to customers and define territory strategy. Requires strong German and English communication, hunter mindset, and familiarity with outbound prospecting; prior experience with partners is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of closing/B2B SaaS sales experience
- German and English fluency; Polish or Czech a plus
- experience with outbound prospecting and complex sales cycles
- ability to build demos with pre-sales and ROI studies
- territory management and pipeline forecasting
