Job Summary
Analyst will perform due diligence services including audit engagements, portfolio reviews, and acquisition due diligence for a wide variety of clients, with on-site or remote engagements for banks or lenders. Responsibilities include auditing collateral-focused on accounts receivable and inventory, inputting findings into Excel templates, and producing comprehensive written reports for lenders. The role requires professional interaction with clients via calls and meetings. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with Masters preferred; 2-4 years of ABL experience is preferred but not required. Strong analytical abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and Word are essential. Willingness to travel up to 40% and adapt to deadlines is needed. Physical requirements include prolonged sitting and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
