Job Summary
Commerce Partnerships Manager role to drive growth in Commerce revenues by negotiating affiliate and tenancy deals, leading eCommerce strategies with editorial teams, and overseeing affiliate campaigns and digital shopping partnerships across multiple verticals. Responsibilities include defining and delivering affiliate strategies, managing relationships with affiliate merchants and networks, analysing performance data, optimising campaigns, coordinating with editorial, audience development and advertising teams, and acting as a strategic ambassador for Hearst UK.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years’ experience within the affiliate industry
- strong commercial and sales skills
- Advanced Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills, including interpreting affiliate KPIs such as EPC, CPA, and CPC
- confident presenting data and insights to stakeholders
- highly organised with attention to detail
- strong teamwork, leadership, and stakeholder management
- passion for and understanding of Hearst’s brands, audience, and editorial values
