Job Summary
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex product development initiatives within a critical E-Commerce program. Define delivery scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with client management and stakeholders to support business objectives. Develop detailed delivery plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders. Facilitate meetings to drive decision-making, manage scope and schedule changes, and conduct post-delivery evaluations. Collaborate with product management to define vision, strategy, and roadmap, reporting escalations to Programme Management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Commerce Delivery Lead in a technology-driven environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Demonstrated experience in product management, including product lifecycle management and roadmap development
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- E-Commerce experience
- Agile Delivery Management or advanced Scrum Knowledge

Desired Qualifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and monitoring tools (Bamboo / Jenkins or similar, Grafana / OpenSearch or similar) is a plus
