Job Summary
Command Network Systems Analyst for NATO ACT. Supports the NATO Command Network Project within the HQ SACT CIS Branch, delivering enterprise architecture support, capability requirements capture, and traceability across multiple programs. Responsibilities include planning and facilitating workshops with NATO HQ, ACO, and NCI Agency; incorporating capability requirements with FMN Spiral specifications; collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, FMN gap analysis, and program directors; preparing high-quality documentation for reviews; contributing to CWIX trials integration for CWIX 2024; and coordinating with stakeholders to progress the Digital Transformation and network modernization efforts across multi-domain operations. Required expertise spans CIS integration, systems engineering, program management, DOORS Next Generation, business process modelling, and NATO organizational familiarity, with a valid SECRET-level security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience (4 years or more) in CIS capability integration, systems engineering, Program Management, CIS requirements or equivalent
- University degree-level education (bachelor and/or master) in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, Information Sciences and Technology, Mathematics, etc.
- Ability to participate effectively in high-level discussions, workshops, etc. and prepare professional, high-quality documents for review.
- Knowledge of project management techniques.
- Knowledge of requirement management software such as DOORS Next Generation and its practical application within system development.
- Demonstrated experience (3 years or more) in Business Process modelling, concept development, and Business Intelligence and Reporting techniques.
- Knowledge of NATO, its organizational structure and previous experience working in an international organization.
- Experience working in multinational (e.g., NATO) defense environments or previous military experience.
- Familiarity and knowledge of the specific area of military capabilities such as core services, communications, functional services (e.g., Joint All-Domain C2).
- A valid NATO SECRET-level security clearance or an active SECRET security clearance issued by a national authority.
