Job Summary
Hybrid Command Centre Portfolio & Operations Lead role overseeing portfolio tracking and coordination across analytics, data governance, Centre of Excellence, and Innovation Hub. Responsibilities include maintaining portfolio tracker, delivering dashboards and reports for Senior Director and leadership, facilitating governance reviews and cross-team sessions, managing interdependencies, and driving process improvements. Requires strong technical foundation to engage with analytics, AI, ERP specialists, and business stakeholders; opportunity to grow into senior leadership. Travel ~15% internationally. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 3–5 years of portfolio/operations coordination experience; PMP/PRINCE2 desirable. Proficiency with Planview/MS Project and ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle) is preferred. Proactive, collaborative, and confidentiality-aware with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical discipline; business degrees considered with strong technical experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in portfolio coordination, operations, or related function
- Project management certification desirable but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and portfolio/project management tools (e.g. Planview, MS Project)
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and delivering reports/presentations to senior leadership
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and core business domains like supply chain, operations, manufacturing, and revenue processes
- Interest in AI and emerging technology
