Job Summary
Answer technical questions from Falcon Jet operators and provide multi-faceted support for all AOG (Aircraft on Ground) issues. Execute the AOG Response process consistently, record customer phone contacts in our database, and coordinate with the Worldwide Technical Front Line team to resolve discrepancies. Analyze aircraft systems, recommend corrective actions, and assist customers in obtaining necessary parts from the Spares department. Review technical manuals to suggest revisions enhancing safety and performance, while submitting owner information changes and maintaining familiarity with electronic maintenance manuals. Attend Worldwide Front Line meetings annually as directed. This role requires two years of college education in aeronautical maintenance or equivalent A&P training, plus two years of Falcon Jet aircraft systems experience. Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 annually; overtime is not eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of college education in aeronautical maintenance engineering or equivalent A&P classroom training
- Minimum of two years of work experience with Falcon Jet aircraft systems (avionics, engines, etc.)
- Strong computer and telephone communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Pilot's license is a plus
- Inspection Authorization
- Avionics background
- Knowledge of the French language
