Job Summary
Operate and monitor 24/7 control room for North American NGL Water Solutions’ disposal facilities and pipeline assets. Remotely control and monitor SCADA/HMI, alarms, video surveillance, and communications; dispatch urgent matters and coordinate with field personnel, management, first responders, and customers to ensure safe, uninterrupted, and optimized operations. Maintain shift turnover, generate and interpret reports, and ensure compliance with alarm-management guidelines. Must work on-site for 12-hour rotating shifts, demonstrate strong communication, situational awareness, and multi-tasking under pressure; oil-field logistics and automation experience highly valued. Associates degree required; several years of oil/gas experience and SCADA/automation exposure strongly preferred; valid driver’s license; Microsoft Office proficiency; willingness to operate within a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in a relevant field is required
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 8-10 years in the oil and gas/energy industry is strongly preferred
- 1-2 years working in a control room is strongly preferred
- 1-2 years of experience working with SCADA systems and Automation technologies is strongly preferred
- Valid Driver's License is required
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs is preferred
