Job Summary
Meet and greet storage buy customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process using the company's car topper program. Verify customer identity, obtain required information, and deliver orders in the point-of-sale system while complying with phone answering SOPs and safety lifting procedures. Clean and stock products according to brand standards and assist customers with product questions. This role requires a self-starter with strong communication skills to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail sales experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates
- Strong computer skills
- Internet project coordination experience
- Ability to be a self-starter
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert 20-30 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to exert greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Ability to stand

- Knowledge of and compliance with the company's phone answering standard operating procedures (SOP)

- Ability to manage the storage buy pick-up process
- Ability to verify the identity of the person picking up storage buy orders
- Ability to obtain required customer information on all storage buy pick-ups
- Ability to deliver customer storage buy orders in POS
- Ability to act and work in a manner consistent with the company's core roles
- Ability to clean and stock products according to Floor & Décor's brand standards
