Job Summary
Meet and greet storage buy customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process with the company's car topper program. Verify customer identity, obtain required information, and deliver orders in POS while complying with safety and phone answering SOPs. Clean and stock products according to brand standards, answer product questions, and maintain business integrity in a warehouse environment. Full-time and part-time positions available Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail sales experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates
- Strong computer skills
- internet project coordination experience
- Must be a self-starter
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert 20-30 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to exert greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Ability to stand
- Ability to walk
- Ability to reach with arms and hands
- Ability to climb or balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Expertise in all product knowledge
- Ability to assist customers with product questions and selections
- Ability to comply with the company's safety standard operating procedures for lifting practices
- Ability to comply with the company's phone answering standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Ability to verify the identity of the person picking up the storage buy order(s)
- Ability to obtain the required customer information on all storage buy pick-ups
- Ability to deliver customer storage buy orders in POS
- Ability to maintain the integrity of the Company's business operations and reputation
- Ability to comply with its policies and procedures, including the handling of confidential information, currency, and other forms of payment
- Ability to contribute to a safe and secure work environment
