Job Summary
Meet and greet storage buy customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process using the company's car topper program. Verify customer identity, obtain required information, and deliver orders in the point-of-sale system while adhering to phone answering SOPs. Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers with selections and clean/stock products according to brand standards. Lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and work in a warehouse environment with moderate to noisy conditions. Minimum one year of retail sales experience required.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail sales experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates
- Strong computer skills
- Internet project coordination experience
- Self-starter mindset
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert 20-30 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to exert greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel

- Knowledge of and compliance with the company's phone answering standard operating procedures (SOP)

- Expert knowledge of all product knowledge
- Ability to assist customers with product questions and selections
- Ability to clean and stock products according to Floor & Décor's brand standards
- Ability to act and work in a manner that is consistent with the company's core roles
- Ability to verify the identity of the person picking up the storage buy order(s)
- Ability to obtain the required customer information on all storage buy pick-ups
- Ability to deliver customer storage buy orders in POS
- Ability to greet customers
- Ability to manage the storage buy pick-up process with the company's car topper program
