Job Summary
The Command Center Associate is responsible for greeting customers and managing the customer storage pick-up process. Major responsibilities include verifying customer identity for order pick-ups, delivering storage buy orders, complying with safety and product knowledge standards, and maintaining cleanliness of products according to brand standards. Candidates should possess at least 1 year of retail sales experience and demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
