Job Summary
Meet and greet storage buy customers, managing the pick-up process with the company's car topper program. Verify customer identity, obtain required information, and deliver orders in POS while complying with safety and phone answering SOPs. Clean and stock products according to brand standards, answering product questions and selections. Requires 1 year of retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and ability to lift 30–60 pounds occasionally in a warehouse environment with moving vehicles. Full-time and part-time positions available Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail sales experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates
- Strong computer skills
- Internet project coordination experience
- Self-starter mindset
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert 20-30 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to exert greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
