Job Summary
Meet and greet storage buy customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process using the company's car topper program. Verify customer identity, obtain required information, and deliver orders in the point-of-sale system while complying with safety and phone answering SOPs. Clean and stock products according to brand standards and assist customers with product knowledge and selections. This role requires a self-starter with strong communication skills to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Store hours run Monday through Sunday, with pickup hours available Monday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail sales experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates
- Strong computer skills
- internet project coordination experience
- Must be a self-starter
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert 20-30 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to exert greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Ability to stand
