Job Summary
Develop doctrine, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and assist in the validation, standardization, and revision of concepts of operations. Ensure Information Warfare doctrine aligns with joint and naval strategies while providing environment and mission analyses for advanced training events across the Fleet Training Continuum. Deliver advanced tactical training at individual, unit, group, integrated, and joint levels, including real-time Live Virtual and Constructive (LVC) support to the Fleet. Maintain the Common Operating Picture, manage tactical data links, and ensure C2 continuity in degraded environments. Prepare briefings, white papers, and other documents as required to support commanders and address capability gaps.
Required Qualifications
- documented experience in C2 Centers
- development, validation, standardization, and revision of no more than 5 concept of operations (CONOPS)/doctrine/TTP per year
- Information Warfare doctrine/TTP alignment with joint and naval strategies/concepts/doctrine
- environment, capabilities and mission analyses for advanced IW training events across all phases of the Fleet Training Continuum and Optimized Fleet Response Plan
- continuous assessment of Information Warfare training effectiveness and required operational capability readiness
- recommendations for systems, training and process improvement
- Identify/update/refine unit and staff level training requirements metrics for Information Warfare readiness assessments
- review of individual and Fleet training to ensure synchronization with established policy, doctrine/TTPs
- Information Warfare advanced training at the individual, unit, group, integrated, and joint levels
- expertise, assistance, management support functions and training for real time Live Virtual and Constructive (LVC) training support to the Fleet
