Job Summary
Command Center and Base Event Day Staff to work events at Hard Rock Stadium (Miami Dolphins games, Miami Open, Grand Prix, college games, concerts, soccer). Must communicate effectively with management, police, and on-site emergency departments; collaborate with stadium security, guest experience, and operations to facilitate action plans for emergencies and incidents; dispatch stadium personnel, log activities, evaluate incident reports, and adhere to management requests during events.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Proficiency in English is required, Spanish is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and thrive in a critical, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work long and varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong typing, computer, and technology skills, with a basic understanding of database collection
- Familiarity with security policies, procedures, and practices
