Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations for street cleansing and environmental maintenance, directing staff, machinery, and equipment to ensure efficient route completion and service delivery. Supervise operational crews, monitor performance against output targets, and manage vehicle and plant safety while maintaining accurate records and reporting defects. Liaise with the public to resolve minor issues and report service requests, ensuring full compliance with health and safety guidelines and code of conduct policies. Report directly to the Grounds Services Assistant for this area.
