Prepare documentation for the Janitorial and Cleaning function and execute cleaning duties across floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, and walls. Monitor cleaning standards against specifications and COSHH regulations, reporting difficult issues to management. Communicate daily with the Facilities Manager, Head of Establishment, and team members to meet customer needs. Log and report all fabric and fixture damage or faults. Liaise with external contractors and lessee's, ensuring Health and Safety and security procedures are adhered to. Monitor contractor activities and report issues to the line manager. Ensure unit grounds remain safe, tidy, and free from dangerous articles to protect staff and visitors. On a term time basis, work Monday to Thursday from 7.30am to 4pm and Friday from 7.30am to 3.30pm.
