Job Summary
Prepare all documentation for the Janitorial and Cleaning function and execute cleaning duties across floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, and walls. Monitor cleaning standards against specifications and COSHH regulations, reporting difficult issues to management. Communicate daily with the Facilities Manager, Head of Establishment, and team members to meet customer needs. Log, monitor, and report all damage or faults regarding fabric and fixtures. Liaise with external contractors and lessee's while ensuring Health and Safety and security procedures are adhered to. Monitor contractor activities and report issues to the line manager. Ensure unit grounds remain safe, tidy, and free from dangerous articles to protect staff and visitors.
