Job Summary
The Comfort Consultant will engage with homeowners to assess their comfort systems, propose HVAC solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Key responsibilities include designing HVAC replacements and upgrades, educating customers on system efficiency, providing clear proposals, closing sales opportunities, and collaborating with installation and service teams to deliver seamless project execution. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a motivated and organized mindset, and the ability to manage their sales pipeline effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC sales or in-home sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, homeowner-friendly terms
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own pipeline
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfort with technology (tablets, CRM systems, digital proposals)
- HVAC technical knowledge is a plus - but we will train the right salesperson.
