Job Summary
Comfort Advisor responsible for customer education, design options, and brand selection in selling replacement HVAC systems and equipment for residential and light commercial settings. Key duties include demonstrating credibility, applying the One Hour sales system, managing multiple opportunities focused on replacement equipment and service agreements, linking customer objectives to value, completing timely and accurate paperwork (financing and cash collection), writing and presenting proposals, maintaining sales margins, upholding a safety-conscious attitude on-site and while driving, and maintaining the company vehicle. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 2-5 years of business development/sales experience, strong communication skills, and ability to pass background checks; HVAC experience is a plus. Location: Columbia, MD (US) with in-person work; no relocation stated as offered.
