Job Summary
Comfort Advisor role (HVAC Residential Sales) focuses on outside/homeowner-facing sales to boost installation revenue for HVAC systems. Responsibilities include meeting/exceeding sales goals, conducting in-home appointments, leveraging CRM, creating self-generated leads, coordinating with field technicians to improve energy efficiency and indoor air quality, presenting proposals via iPad, arranging financing/subscription, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Key skills include in-home selling, residential HVAC or home services sales experience, tech proficiency (phone/tablet/computer), strong communication, teamwork, and a valid driver’s license. The position requires a 5-day work week with some evenings and weekends as needed. Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commissions, company vehicle and gas card, comprehensive benefits, 401k with match, paid time off and holidays, and company-provided devices.
