Job Summary
Comfort Advisor — HVAC outside sales role focused on in-home consultations, building trust with homeowners, identifying needs, and presenting tailored comfort solutions to meet budget and sales goals. Travel regionally to conduct consultations, create detailed quotes, and close deals; communicate product and pricing clearly; follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat/referral business. Requires proven outside/field sales experience, tech-savviness (MS Office; ServiceTitan a plus), strong communication, organization, and the ability to present to small groups. Knowledge of local building codes and HVAC systems is preferred; valid driver’s license required. Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in outside or field sales
- Experience in home services or HVAC preferred
- Strong understanding of sales profitability and operational efficiency
- Tech-savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented with follow-through and time management
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident presenting to individuals or small groups
- Familiarity with local building codes and HVAC systems preferred
