Job Summary
Run pre-set and self-generated appointments for residential and commercial gas customers, conducting in-home consultations to assess gas system needs and appliance requirements. Present customized proposals covering gas line installation, repair, leak detection, and tankless water heater upgrades, while educating clients on Florida code compliance and safety standards. Close sales at the point of consultation, process contracts, and coordinate with technicians for seamless service handoffs. Maintain accurate records in the CRM, follow up with non-closing prospects, and meet monthly sales targets. Be available to support emergency 24-hour service requests as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years proven sales experience
- Strong closing skills
- Comfort with in-home/on-site, one-call-close presentations
- Excellent communication skills
- Relationship-building skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical/safety information to non-technical customers
- Self-motivation
- Strong pipeline management skills
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
