Job Summary
Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to evaluate existing heating and cooling systems and present customized replacement solutions. Inspect equipment located in attics, crawlspaces, or basements to determine job scope and pricing. Provide professional recommendations for HVAC upgrades, present financing options, and close sales within a one-call environment. Deliver a professional customer experience from consultation through installation handoff to the team. Work with consistent lead flow, meeting a minimum expectation of 55 leads per month across three to four scheduled appointments daily.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to access attics on hot days and crawlspaces in cold or wet conditions to inspect existing equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior in-home sales experience preferred
- One-call close experience strongly preferred
- HVAC knowledge helpful (training provided)
