Job Summary
Design and execute the commercial strategy for the Madrid zone, targeting industrial and corporate clients. Prospect the market to identify new business opportunities in industrial insurance lines such as RC, damages, and construction liability. Negotiate and close commercial agreements while collaborating with internal underwriting and operations teams to ensure service efficiency. Represent the broker at sectoral events and forums to expand the professional network. Track results and activity reports using CRM tools. Requires 8–10 years of commercial experience in the insurance sector, high-level English proficiency (C1), and strong strategic negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Formación universitaria superior
- Entre 8 y 10 años de experiencia comercial en el sector asegurador, especialmente en productos industriales o de empresa
- Conocimientos técnicos en los ramos de RC, Daños, Construcción y D&O
- Nivel alto de inglés (C1), con capacidad para mantener reuniones con clientes internacionales
- Perfil con alta orientación comercial, habilidades de negociación y visión estratégica
- Capacidad de organización, proactividad y adaptación a entornos dinámicos
