Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families across multiple states. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress and adjusting plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals, maintaining accurate documentation aligned with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling with no caseload limits or non-compete agreements, supported by an LBA Expansion Program and a dedicated Success Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
