Job Summary
Represent the company for service work in gas and electric properties across small towns, communities, and rural areas. Perform Border Station activities including observing pressure and temperature, reading meters, and conducting gas leak surveys using detectors. Assist a Journeyman Gas Mechanic in the installation, operation, and maintenance of pressurized mains and services. Obtain and maintain a valid Commercial Driver's License to meet DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements. This role offers a salary range of $40.02 - $53.36 and requires a High School Diploma and successful completion of a Line Mechanic Apprenticeship.
Required Qualifications

- Successful completion of Line Mechanic Apprenticeship
- Satisfactory passage of Line Mechanic Examination
- Valid Commercial Driver's License
- Residency Requirement: Travel time from primary residence to assigned headquarters must be 35 minutes or less under normal driving conditions
