Job Summary
Develop capture artifacts including plans, call plans, competitor analysis, and preliminary win strategies while supporting customer engagement through shaping outreach and insight gathering. Translate customer needs into viable technical and management approaches by partnering with solution architects and SMEs, then coordinate gate reviews, status briefings, and action tracking throughout the capture lifecycle. Facilitate the transition from capture to proposal, manage teaming documentation for potential subcontractors, and contribute to continuous improvements in capture processes and best practices. Requires 5+ years in defense capture management, Secret clearance, and experience with DoD acquisition processes. Full-time role with a projected salary range of $112,800 to $257,000.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in capture management or business development within the defense or security domains
- Experience with DoD acquisition processes, customer missions, and the federal procurement environment, including FAR and DFARS
- Experience in supporting or contributing to proposals or capture efforts
- Experience with preparing capture materials or customer engagement documents
- Ability to analyze customer data, competitor information, and market trends
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits and thrive in a fast paced and high stakes environment
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
