Job Summary
Co-Manager for Housing Works Thrift Shop in Chelsea leads overall store operations, drives revenue through pricing and promotions, trains and develops staff and volunteers, recruits and onboards employees, ensures policy compliance, delivers outstanding customer/donor service, and acts as an ambassador to the community while aligning with Housing Works mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years retail management experience or equivalent experience in managing a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Some Human Resource principles
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work weekends/holidays and stand/kneel/bend for long periods
- Non-exempt overtime policy understanding
