Job Summary
Senior Commercial Loan Administration role focused on managing onboarding and ongoing servicing for Commercial & Industrial loans and related banking products. Acts as a primary liaison with Commercial customers, coordinates with the Relationship Team for underwriting, documentation and closing of complex loans, and ensures regulatory compliance and timely completion of closing conditions. Responsible for preparing data inputs, maintaining documentation for audits, coordinating with attorneys to finalize documents, tracking loan and ticklers, resolving customer issues, and upholding bank policy and governance. Requires deep knowledge of loan administration, title and UCC processes, and proficiency with common banking software and reporting. Demonstrates advanced communication, analytical, and mentoring skills and supports the organization’s risk and regulatory framework.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or related discipline (preferred)
- More than 10 years – banking, loan administration and documentation experience (Required)
- Solid loan administration experience with knowledge of complex lending structures, letters of credit, borrower-based lending, multi-phased construction and multiple collateral properties
- Knowledge in real estate construction draw analysis, reconciliation and disbursement
- Experience with title insurance commitment reports and title exceptions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and mentor others
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and related software
- Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, and related policies
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Ability to work onsite at posted locations
