Job Summary
Assess risks, analyze data, document observations, and communicate insights to support client engagements in internal audit and financial advisory projects. Evaluate business processes, regulatory environments, and risk/control frameworks while leveraging AI-enabled analysis and data interrogation. Manage time and priorities effectively to take ownership of assignments and contribute meaningfully to team outcomes under the guidance of experienced leaders. This role offers hands-on training in a supportive, high-performance environment with opportunities to develop technical and professional capabilities across diverse industries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related fields)

- Demonstrated proficiency in applying AI tools to analytical and research tasks (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
- Technical proficiency aligning with the assigned capability area
- Understanding of internal audit processes, including the use of emerging technologies, understanding frameworks, and achieving audit objectives
- Handling and analyzing data and information in various formats to uncover valuable insights and draw actionable conclusions
- Entry-level proficiency in software development, best practices, and methodologies
- Interest in advanced analytics and automation technologies (e.g., Alteryx, MS Power Platform, Python)
- Effectively leverages AI tools with strong human judgment in the loop, driving efficiency in delivery while elevating the quality of insights and outcomes for clients
- Must be able to travel based on projects and client requests and commitments
