Job Summary
Proctor CVAC procedures to excellence and independently cover cases in the territory, region, or nation as assigned. Train the surgical team on instrument preparation, safe device usage, and intraoperative procedural guidance while providing verbal support during training periods. Manage inventory needs, reconcile usage, and ensure 100% accuracy of received and returned stock against shipping documents. Maintain and prepare equipment kits, perform quality control audits, and troubleshoot issues per standard procedures. Provide clinical product support, assist in physician and staff education programs, and collaborate with the commercial team to drive positive clinical outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in surgical technique and sterile procedures in the operating room
- Must have valid US driver's license
- Compliance with relevant county, state, and federal rules regarding vaccinations
- Able to travel by car up to 90%
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Clinical experience such as: Scrub Tech
- Clinical experience such as: X-Ray Tech
- Clinical experience such as: RN or BSN
- Clinical experience such as: Laser Tech
- Industry experience (1-3 years)
- Prior Employment as a Clinical Specialist with a medical device company or experience working with Mobile Litho Provider Companies
- Comfortable with the pace required to be successful in a start-up
- Ability to provide intraoperative procedural guidance
- Willingness to travel outside of the designated territory
- Experience utilizing fluoroscopy
- Customer relationship and procedural skill development
- Highly desirable candidates will have a degree or certification in a medical-related field (ex: LPN, RN, Surg Tech, Rad Tech, etc.)
- Understands the medical device industry
- Understands sales processes and training
- Track record of success
- Urology experience
- Clinical experience: Intraoperative Coaching Experience
- OR experience: Fluent in Staff and Support Training
Desired Qualifications
- Track record of success. Urology experience preferred
- Experience utilizing fluoroscopy is a plus
- Customer relationship and procedural skill development are highly desired
- Highly desirable candidates will have a degree or certification in a medical-related field (ex: LPN, RN, Surg Tech, Rad Tech, etc.)
