Job Summary
Drive Colour sales through training and elevate team skill levels and selling confidence. Train the team to company standards, ensuring the Colour aspect of the Novice Induction is completed for all new starters. Schedule training around business needs, log sessions, and observe colleagues on the spot to deliver unbiased customer advice. Exceed sales targets and deliver LFL growth along with ATV, AUS, and conversion while inspiring the team to become a Colour destination. This 30-hour role requires a highly skilled makeup artist with strong selling skills and excellent communication abilities.
