Colorist, Licensed Cosmetologist at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar provides color services and consultations, performs hair-coloring, conditioning, styling, and related services to achieve 100% guest satisfaction; drives revenue through services, memberships, and product sales; maintains cleanliness and inventory; supports training of Assistant Colorists; adheres to MR systems and policies; engages guests to select best color/products while staying on schedule and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Active cosmetology license in the state of application
- 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair in a salon environment
- Effective communication, problem solving, and people skills in a fast-paced retail or salon environment
- Comfortable operating point of sale systems
- Fluency in English
