Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end approval processes for artwork placement, color execution, and production strike-offs, ensuring alignment with brand and quality standards. Review and approve color, layout, strike-offs, lab dips, and trim submissions while accurately assessing color variations and providing actionable feedback to factory partners. Manage daily communication and follow-up with production updates, enter detailed comments into Flex PLM, and create color cards to ensure consistency across product sets. Identify artwork discrepancies and proactively address potential issues by applying knowledge of fabrication capabilities and print limitations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong color acuity and attention to detail
- Knowledge of character licensing requirements and approval processes
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with licensing and Flex PLM
