Job Summary

Roadway Project Manager leading engineering design for transportation projects, coordinating with design staff, regulatory agencies, clients, and project team; manages project production, schedules, budgets, costs, and progress/status reporting; identifies opportunities and supports contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors; mentors others in training and development; acts as Roadway Engineer/Task Lead performing engineering drawings, specifications preparation, data analysis, and feasibility evaluations; requires B.S./M.S. in Civil Engineering, 8+ years experience, and CO PE (or ability to obtain within 6 months); proficiency with OpenRoadsDesigner and AutoCad Civil3D; CDOT/local road experience; strong financial and team-management skills.

Required Qualifications

  • B.S., M.S. in Civil Engineering
  • 8+ years of engineering experience
  • PE required in Colorado or ability to obtain PE in Colorado within 6 months of hire
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Excellent technical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project financial management and team management skills
  • CDOT and local road experience required
  • Familiarity with OpenRoadsDesigner and/or AutoCad Civil3D
