Job Summary
Team Member positions across Box Office, Concession, and Usher at Regal Colorado Mills theatre. Responsibilities include operating POS systems and handling cash accurately, upselling Premium Viewing experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX), promoting the Regal Crown Club program, ensuring MPAA compliance and guest questions are answered in line with guest service philosophy, and performing general cleaning. Essential duties cover cash handling, stocking and inventory, food safety compliance where applicable, reading training materials on harassment/discrimination, maintaining attendance, and complying with dress code. Roles may involve standing for long periods, varying shift schedules, and assisting guests to their seats while enforcing safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
- Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- alcohol certification where applicable
