Colorado Commercial Team Leader

Colorado Commercial Team Leader responsible for managing a regional Commercial Banking team including Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Credit Analysts, and Account Relationship Associates. Develops and implements team strategies to meet goals for loan growth, deposit growth, fees and expenses, and overall regional operating income while ensuring credit risk and policy compliance. Direct involvement in major relationships and complex transactions, with leadership across remote/in-office hybrid work arrangements as the role supports both in-office and work-from-home options. Requires strong verbal/written communication, matrix management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel.
