Job Summary
The Color Technician develops and prepares color batches in a controlled environment, performs color corrections within supplied formulas, maintains accurate records, works with color matching software, reviews color matches visually and numerically for acceptability, flags non-conforming color samples for further assessment, performs secondary color assessments, and can work independently or as part of a team while adhering to safety procedures and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Level 12 G.E.D.
- Post-secondary school graduate (science-related) and/or related industrial experience.
