Color Specialist - Key Accounts focused on aggressively pursuing Key Accounts for new salon business and expansion through Keune color solutions. Requires deep knowledge of Keune products, strong sales and presentation skills for demos/training, and the ability to drive new business through high-level demos at key accounts, conversion/formulation days, and category demos. The role emphasizes building relationships with Distributor Sales Consultants and salon staff, delivering Keune programs, and maintaining awareness of Keune education, CRM usage, and contract educators. Travel is expected (in-territory travel with air travel and overnight stays, ~12-15 days per month); strong communication, problem-solving, integrity, and ability to educate both distributor staff and store personnel are essential.
