Color Design Associate

Color Design Associate to support seasonal color palette creation and pattern development. Key responsibilities include assisting Design Managers in color palette creation, building physical and digital color/pattern palettes, developing playbooks and visual assets, filling CAD pages, loading dip and artwork requests with fabrication and dye specifications, creating artwork/pattern pitches, managing color approvals, organizing dip approvals and digital color-name tracking, coordinating with Raw Materials on color/pattern feasibility, and partnering with Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Product Development teams to inform future palette decisions. Requires 2+ years in color design or similar, and a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or closely related design field. The role is full-time in Los Angeles with a hybrid schedule (at least three days in the office per week).
