Primary duties include determining customer color and care needs, offering professional advice and recommendations, maintaining brand merchandising standards, staying informed on emerging trends, and supporting sales through relationship-building and cross-functional communication. Role requires offline and online education via guided learning and certification courses, and the Color Certification Test must be passed within 60 days of hire. Travel to shows and sales meetings is required a minimum of 3 times per year.
